Updates for Zoho CRM: Find Existing Contacts and Leads or Create New Ones

Zapier can now search for existing contacts in Zoho CRM—or, if the contact you're looking for doesn't yet exist, Zapier will create it. That way, you can rest assured that your CRM is up-to-date without ever creating duplicate contact records.

• When using the Find Contact Search Action, you can tell Zapier to create a contact, if the contact you're looking for doesn't yet exist.

• When using the Find Lead Search Action, you can tell Zapier to create a lead, if the lead you're looking for doesn't yet exist.
