New to ProdPad Zaps: Trigger Zaps When You Push Ideas and User Stories to Zapier

Now you can kick off an automated workflow when ProdPad ideas or user stories are pushed to development. You can push ideas or user stories specifically to Zapier, which will trigger the Zap you've already set up. Once the Zap is triggered, your ideas or user stories will be sent to even more places. For example, you can set up a Zap will send ideas or user stories to Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack, and more.

Note: To push an idea or user story to Zapier, you first need to set up a Zap and turn it on. Then, when you are viewing ideas or user stories within ProdPad, "Zapier" will appear in the list of integrations that you can push to.
