Intercom, a SaaS product that helps web and mobile businesses see and talk to their customers, has overhauled their integration on Zapier. You can now connect and sync data between Intercom and the other apps you use in entirely new ways.

With the 4 Instant triggers and 6 actions now available for Intercom, you can do things like automate adding Intercom users to your CRM just by adding a tag to a user. You can also send user data into Intercom. For example, when you receive a new support ticket or have a customer sign-up for your company's email newsletter, you can now log that event in Intercom.
