Slack Custom Avatars and Link Expansion Now Available

Team collaboration tool Slack is quickly becoming a popular app on Zapier as it helps teams bring all their communication together in one place, be it group chat, private conversations or app notifications. The latter of which becomes all the more powerful when you hook up Slack to Zapier.

Now when using this integration, you have the ability to customize your Slack avatar for each Zap and allow links zapped into Slack to auto-expand—"unfurl" in Slack terms—showing you a preview of the linked content.
