Buffer Photo URL Support

With Zapier, you can send photos into your Buffer account!

Before you might have been using the Buffer "new update" action to share links or text.

Now there is a new optional field called "Photo URL" which you can use to supply any URL to a photo and it'll be uploaded to the Buffer profile you chose.
