Zapier now support two powerful features of Capsule CRM: Tracks and Owners!

Owners can be applied to cases, opportunities, and tasks. If none is selected, then the owner will default to the connected account just like it does today.

You can pick a different owner for more robust control inside of Capsule – especially handy if you have several Zaps creating cases, opportunities, or tasks.

Tracks are even more powerful, and allow you to do some automation within Capsule CRM itself. You can read more about tracks here.

Tracks are now supported for cases and opportunities. Simply pick an existing track from the dropdown when editing your Zap to get started.
