New for our Spiro integration: Clone opportunities

Thanks to a recent update, Spiro's Zapier integration has a new action: Clone Opportunity.
This action allows users to clone opportunities while providing the flexibility to select which attributes and related entities they’d like to copy to a new opportunity. For example, you can create a Zap that automatically creates a renewal opportunity for every new sale—and populates it with all the relevant details.
