New for Zapier Manager: Search for Specific Zaps
Zapier Manager is an easy way to bolster your Zap housekeeping. With Zapier Manager, you can track Zap errors, invite members to your Team, and more.
We recently updated Zapier Manager to include a new search: Find Zap. Within a workflow, you can now include a step to search for specific Zaps as needed. You can also use this new search to check the status of a Zap to see if it's on or off. For example, let's say you want to get alerts when a specific Zap is turned off for a significant period of time. With the Find Zap search, you can trigger a workflow that begins when a Zap is turned off, waits for a defined period of time—like an hour—and then only sends you a Slack message if that specific Zap is still turned off. Managing your Zaps shouldn't be hard; now, it's even easier.
