Salesforce New Note by Email

Salesforce is one of the most flexible and powerful services on Zapier. In the past we've offered a way to create new notes on contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, and accounts by passing the Name of the object.

Today, we are extending this functionality a little bit further. You can now pass an Email or a Name and we will dynamically look up either based on what you passed.

This enables a new class of integrations with Salesforce notes, specifically with regards to email marketing services where all you have is an email from the Trigger.
