Send from Associated Emails in Gmail

UPDATE: Google no longer allows associated email sending via their API, so we cannot send via associated addresses anymore.
Send emails from any associated email address besides the standard or default Gmail or Google Apps address. Please note, to use an address besides the default you will need add and verify it first.
