New for Our Close.io Integration: Use Zaps to Randomly Assign Leads to Your Team, plus More

New leads up for grabs? The latest update to the Zapier-Close.io integration can help keep the distribution fair. Use the new Select Random User Trigger to automate random lead assignment to your team. For example, when a new lead lands in your pipeline, Zapier can select a random user from your sales team to handle the sale. Pair it with the Update Lead Action to assign the lead to that random teammate automatically.

With the new Find Task search, you can now streamline to-do's across the tools you use to manage team tasks. Whenever a task is completed in one app, use the Find Task search to look up the corresponding task in Close.io, then use the Update Task Action to mark it as complete.

Plus, filters are now available on the New Note and New Call Triggers so that you can further finetune when to kick off your sales workflows.
