Setting up Zaps that automatically create events on your calendar helps keep it constantly up-to-date, so you're always punctual and never miss meetings. Now Zapier can create even more detailed events on your calendar. You can tell your Zaps to mark you as "busy" or "available" as they auto-create events and you can choose to let guests modify the Zapier-created events, too. Now that Zapier is taking care of those details for you, you won't have to worry about manually editing the events yourself.

What's New with the Google Calendar + Zapier Integration

Updates for an Action

  • When setting up Zaps with the Create Detailed Event Action, you can now choose if you'd like the auto-created Google Calendar events to mark you as "busy" or "available" on your calendar or if guests are able to modify those events.
