Intercom Updates: New Options for Creating, Finding, and Updating Companies

If you work with businesses, the latest update to the Intercom-Zapier integration can help streamline your work. Zapier now supports Intercom's companies feature. That means you can create Zaps that kick off when a new company is created in Intercom, search for existing companies, and automatically update them with new info from your other apps. Plus, we added phone number and company fields to the Create/Update User Action so you can seamlessly keep your list up-to-date.

What's New with the Intercom + Zapier Integration

New Trigger

New Company: Triggers when a new Company is created.

New Search

Find/Create Company: Looks up an existing company in your Intercom account. Optionally, create one if none are found.

New Action

Update Company: Updates a company within Intercom. If you'd like to create a company, use this action in conjunction with a Find/Create step.

New Options when Creating Users

Added phone number and company fields to the Create/Update User Action.
