New for Zendesk: Get Attachments for New Tickets and Create More Detailed Tickets

Zapier's Zendesk integration was updated to automatically give your team more context about customers' issues. Your Zaps will now pull any attachments from new and recent Zendesk tickets that your customers submit. Plus, you can now use Zaps to create more robust tickets in Zendesk that include info such as due dates and sharing agreements.

What's New with Zendesk

New Options for Triggers

  • If using the New Ticket or Recent Ticket Triggers, your Zaps will now pull the tickets' attachments.

New Options for Actions

  • If using the Create Ticket Action, your Zaps can now create Zendesk tickets that include a due date, a brand to represents your customer-facing identities, and any sharing agreements. You can also now use Zaps to create tickets in HTML formatting and tickets that are shared with collaborators.
