Supported Triggers#

• New Registrant - Triggers when a new registrant is added to a webinar.
• New Meeting - Triggers when a new meeting or webinar is created.

Supported Actions#

• Create Registrant - Create a new webinar registrant.
• Create Meeting - Create a meeting or webinar.Note:The meeting options such as join before host, host video, participants video and audio setting would follow the account/user group setting in Zoom web page.

To get started with Zoom, click Connected Accounts and then Connect new account with Zoom App.

How to get your Zoom API key#

Next, enter your API Key and API Secret.

To obtain your API Key and API Secret, log into your Zoom Profile at https://www.zoom.us/profile/setting and go to scroll to the bottom of your settings to Integration Authentication to obtain these.

If all steps were successful your Zoom account will now be successfully connected.

I can't connect my account#

In order to have access to Zoom's API, you need to be on one of their paid plans.

New Registrant isn't (always) triggering#

Zoom does not notify Zapier of new registrants if those were created via their API, e.g. with another Zap. As a workaround, they suggest "to send the Zoom registration information to a web/smart form to capture the data. Then, you can leverage this form data to push out the registration information when a new form/submission is added.".

Alternatively, this may be due to Zoom not supporting recurring webinar registration with Zapier yet. This is currently being worked on but there is not an ETA on when this will be available.

The meeting duration is wrong#

The Duration field for the "Create Meeting" Action is in minutes, not hours.
