How to Get Started with Phaxio

To send or receive faxes with Zapier's Phaxio integration, you'll need to connect your Phaxio Account.

Phaxio API

First, add a Phaxio trigger or action to your Zap, and select Connect a Phaxio Account from the the Zap Editor. This will bring up a popup asking for your API key and secret—both can be found on the API Keys page in Phaxio's sidebar. (If you don’t see an API key/secret on the API Settings page, click the “Add Live Key” button to make a new one.)

Phaxio in Zapier

Paste both the API key and secret into their respective fields in the Zapier popup. Save the settings, and Zapier will now show your Phaxio account connected with a green Success box.

Zapier Webhook code

To use Phaxio actions, you'll also need to add a Zapier Webhook to your Phaxio settings. Start by making a Zap with a Phaxio trigger, then before testing the Zap copy your Zapier account's Webhooks URL.

Phaxio Webhook Settings

Now open Phaxio's Webhooks page, add your Zapier webhook to the Received Handler box, and click the Update button to save the changes.

Voila! You’ve successfully connected Phaxio to Zapier, and can finish setting up your fax automations.
