Tags are used to create a label on the contacts which help you to easily locate groups of contacts. Tags can be any combination of words, letters and numbers.
Lead ID
Use this field to map a unique record ID for each contact into the PhoneBurner system. This MUST be unique for each record and typically would be a "Record" ID that is used to identify this record in the CRM this record may have come from.
Lead Source ID

External CRM ID
Use this field to push the Record ID from your external CRM into PhoneBurner. This is used primarily for special Integration options with CRM's like Salesforce or Hubspot

External CRM ID
Use this field to set an External CRM ID on the record in PhoneBurner. Typically this is only used with specific integrations like Salesforce or Hubspot
Transfer Record To
This field allows you to transfer the record from one user to another with PhoneBurner. This should only be used when you are building integration for your team and you must be very careful to enter the correct PhoneBurner ID for the user. This is a Unique ID and is not their log-in ID.
Mark as New
Use this option to set the contact as new when the record is updated in PhoneBurner. 1 = Viewed (removing the "New" record or unviewed flag in the PhoneBurner system.) 0 = Not Viewed (which means the record will have the "new" flag within the PhoneBurner system.)
