Using a database to store all of your information is an excellent way to aggregate your data. This integration will allow you to automatically store the content from your candidates' resumes in your database for easy access. Once set up, Zapier will automatically parse resumes via CandidateZip when they're uploaded to Dropbox then add the fields as new rows to your MySQL database.

How this Dropbox-CandidateZip-MySQL integration works

  1. New resume file is uploaded to Dropbox
  2. Zapier adds a new resume to CandidateZip to convert to fields(detailed)
  3. Zapier inserts resume fields as a new row in MySQL database
