Andrew Lovell, Senior Operations Manager at Scribe Media, used Zapier to optimize workflows across his entire organization. He embedded his automation-first approach into every process, like finding ways to pay freelancers faster and building a custom CRM.
Best Use of Zapier New Products
Nate Hamill, Director of Content Strategy at Point Loma Nazarene University, used Zapier Tables as a source of truth and a dashboard to update the organization’s Zaps when the data fields change each semester. This makes the process fast and simple and removes hiccups with their Salesforce data syncing.
Nonprofit Automater of the Year
Tom Georges, Tech Support at Special Needs Respite, used Zapier to automate caregiver invoicing, scholarship applications, and donation management—which cut operational costs by 10% and saved more than $18,000 annually for the nonprofit.
Founder of the Year
