If you're part of the Team edition of Zoho WorkDrive and are also part of multiple teams, you can select a team here to go to your "My Folders" in that team. If you're part of the Personal edition of Zoho WorkDrive, then this option is not applicable for you.

Select a Team Folder or your "My Folders".

Select the folder you want to check for new files in. Repeat this to go to sub-folders inside the selected folder, or to go back to the parent folder (To select a parent folder, click "/"). Note: New files added to sub-folders inside the folder you choose here will NOT trigger this Zap.

Select your team. If you want to select "My Folders", this field can be ignored. However, if you're part of the Team edition of Zoho WorkDrive and are also part of multiple teams, you can select a team here to create a folder under your "My Folders" in that team.

Navigate to your preferred folders or go back to the parent folder.

The file must be from another cloud service or a public URL. File size should be less than 100MB.

Give your file a name including the extension. Ex : myTestFile.pdf.

If there's an existing file with the same name, do you want us to overwrite it?

Give your file a name. The file will always be created with '.txt' extension.

Enter the plain text content to be added inside the new text file.

If there's an existing file with the same name, do you want us to overwrite it?

Do you want this team folder to be visible to all your team members?

Enter the file content you want to search for. We'll look for the search terms in both file name and content.

Select a Team Folder or your "My Folders" (By default, we will look for the file in all the Team Folders).

Select the file creation date range you want to search for. If you don't select a date range, we'll search for the file in all date ranges.
