How to Get Started with HappyFox

When creating a new zap, you will first need to connect your Happyfox account.

This brings up a form. Give a name to your account (for identification in case you have multiple accounts, can be any name you want) and enter your happyfox account name.

You will also need to enter the information of an active API from happyfox. This is found under Manage>Integrations>API in your Happyfox account. If you do not have any APIs active, go ahead and add or activate one.

If you'd like to use HappyFox as a trigger on Zapier, you will also need to configure a webhook.

Create a new webhook in Manage>Integrations>Webhook with the ‘Trigger when a ticket is created’ option enabled and the necessary categories, and paste the Webhook URL provided by Zapier in the URL field.

After all this is complete, you can then continue the setup of your zap!
