Email Parser Integration Details

Launched on Zapier October 27, 2013

Zapier combines Triggers (like "New Email") and Actions (like "Create Campaign") to complete an action in one app when a trigger occurs in another app. These combos—called "Zaps"—complete your tasks automatically.

The following Email Parser Triggers, Searches, and Actions are supported by Zapier:

  • Send new parsed emails to Google Sheets as new rows

    Keep track of every email you send to the Zapier Email Parser by letting Zapier save data from each to Google Sheets. Triggered with each email your Parser mailbox receives, this Zap will automatically send the information extracted according to your rules and add new rows to Google Sheets every time.

    How it Works

    1. A new email is received by your Email Parser mailbox
    2. A new row is added on Google Sheets

  • Parse email addresses from an email and add to a MailChimp list

    Rather than manually parseing email addresses from emails and adding them to your MailChimp list, use Zapier Email Parser to extract email addresses from the emails you receive and to start automatically adding new data to your list. Once you set up this Zapier Email Parser-MailChimp integration, new emails received by your Zapier Email Parser mailbox from that point forward are individually added as subscribers.

Once you set up this integration, new emails received in your Zapier Email Parser mailbox from that point are added to Zoho CRM as leads.

    Note: This Zapier integration doesn't create Zoho CRM leads from Zapier Email Parser emails that have already been received, only emails that are received after you've set it up.
