- Type
  The type of the activity. EMAIL, PHONECALL, LETTER, MEETING, TASK, VOLUNTEER, EVENT ATTENDANCE.
- Contact Account Number
  The account number of the contact associated to this activity. Will be used to match contact if no DonorDock unique ID is supplied.
- Contact ID
  The unique DonorDock contact ID for the associated contact. Used to match contact if supplied.
- Contact Email
  The email address of the contact the activity is associated to. This will find the contact by the email address if no Contact ID or account number is supplied.
- Status
  The status of the activity. Can be INCOMPLETE, COMPLETE or CANCELLED.
- Assigned User Email
  The email address of the DonorDock user who the activity is assigned to.
- SubjectRequired
  The subject of the activity.
- Body
  The body or description of the activity.
- Priority
  The priority of the activity. LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH.
- Contact Name
  The name of the contact that the activity is associated to. If this is a new contact, the name will be used to create the contact.
- Due Date
  The due date of the activity.
- Scheduled DateRequired
  The scheduled date of the activity.
- Completed By
  The email of the DonorDock user who completed the activity.
- Completed Date
  The date the activity was completed.
- Completion Notes
  Any notes related to the completion of the activity.
- Location
  The address or location where the activity will take place.
- Campaign
  Name of the campaign that this activity is associated to.
- Appeal
  The name of the appeal the activity is associated to.
- Volunteer Hours
  The number of hours the contact volunteered.
- Add to Action Board
  Check this box if you would like this activity added as an action on the assigned user's Action Board.

  The email address of the donor who is setting up this pledge. This will be used to match the donor if no DonorDock ID or Account Number is supplied. If a donor with this email is located within DonorDock, a new gift will be created for this donor. If a donor is not located in DonorDock, a new donor will be created.
- Pledged TotalRequired
  The total amount of the pledge.
- Pledge Payment IntervalRequired
  How often the donor plans to make payments on the pledge (i.e. Monthly, Annually). NOTE - NONE means the donor plans to pay in a single installment.
- Number of InstallmentsRequired
  The number of installments the donor plans to pay on the pledge.
- Start DateRequired
  The date the donor plans to start paying on the pledge.
- Notes
  Any notes the donor has about the pledge.
- Campaign Name
  The name of the campaign to associate this pledge to.
- Appeal Name
  The name of the appeal to associate this pledge to.
- Fund Name
  The name of the fund to associate this pledge to.
- First Name
  The first name of the donor.
- Last Name
  The last name of the donor.
- Address Line 1
  First line of donor's address.
- Address Line 2
  Line 2 of the donor's address.
- Address Line 3
  Line 3 of the donor's address.
- City
  The city of the donor.
- State/Province
  The state or province of the donor.

  The description for a tribute for this gift.

  The GL account number of the fund.
