What Citrix ShareFile Triggers and Actions are Supported?

Supported Triggers#

  • New File - Triggers when a new file is added to the chosen folder.
  • New Client - Triggers when a new client is created.

Supported Actions#

  • Create Folder - Creates a folder in the chosen folder. If home is chosen will create a folder in the home directory.
  • Add URL - Adds a URL in the chosen folder.
  • Create Client User - Creates a ShareFile user with the given information.
  • Add Note - Adds a note in the chosen folder.
  • Upload File - Allows user to upload a file to the selected folder.

How to Get Started with Citrix ShareFile on Zapier

To get started with Citrix ShareFile on Zapier, first you will need to click to connect your ShareFile account to use with your Zap

Click to connect ShareFile

You’ll now be asked to log into your ShareFile account. By clicking “Sign In” you give Zapier permission to access your account.

Login to ShareFile

If all steps were successful your ShareFile account will now be successfully connected.
