Keep your sales pipeline active by automatically finding contacts that need attention and scheduling follow-ups. This template saves you time by handling data retrieval, filtering, and task creation in one workflow.
How the template works:
On a recurring schedule, the agent retrieves your enterprise contacts from the specified data source.
It filters out any contacts whose last activity or outreach was fewer than 10 days ago.
For each remaining contact, it extracts key details (name, email, position, last activity date) and calculates a next follow-up date at least 24 hours later.
It creates a new record in your tracking table with these details.
From the tracked contacts, it selects the three most urgent follow-ups and creates tasks in your project management tool with the contact’s name, due date, assignee, and a summary of last activity.
