Vice president of land: attach lease links to projects
VPs of land lose time finding lease links in project logs, risking permitting hold-ups. Add the correct lease folder link to Ready rows so land and project teams access documents immediately.
Overview
Hunting for lease folders slows down land handoffs and risks permitting hold-ups. This workflow appends the correct lease folder link when a row flips to Ready, eliminating manual lookup and ensuring land and project teams start work with the docs they need. Users report faster handoffs and far fewer lookup errors.
Notable Features
- Attach lease folder links instantly
- Find folders by project name
- Prevent manual lookup errors
