Update event tracker when calendar events change now

Your calendar edits don't reach the events sheet, so coordinators miss updated times, locations, and setup details. Keep the tracker current so coordinators act on accurate details same day.

Overview

When calendar edits don't propagate, volunteer teams miss changes and event setups get delayed. This flow keeps your central tracker current and notifies the events admin, so coordinators have accurate details within minutes.
