Overview
When ticket notifications don't flow into Case records, program coordinators and agents waste time reconciling schedules and miss critical pickups or outreach windows. This flow sets Case status to Missed by default and links upcoming tickets to switch the Case to Scheduled so your team can triage and act the same day.
