Update banner ship dates for fulfillment coordinators before shipping run

Your banner Trello cards arrive without ship dates, causing missed shipments and delayed customer deliveries. Fulfillment coordinators get confirmed ready-to-ship dates on the intake form so orders leave before the next shipping run.
