Update account records after KYB payment events for billing

KYB events don't appear in accounts, forcing billing to run manual checks. The flow updates KYB status and notifies teams so accounts can accept payments same day.

Overview

When KYB webhooks never make it into account records, billing and payments teams stall and customers can't start processing. This flow writes KYB flags, sets confirmation dates, and alerts ops so accounts are enabled the same day.
