Unlock course access when a contact tag is added

Tagged contacts can miss course access, delaying onboarding and adding manual enrollment work. Grant access automatically so coordinators onboard learners the same day.

Overview

When a contact is tagged for a course, manual enrollments create delays and extra work for coordinators. This flow translates tags into course IDs and grants access automatically so learners are onboarded the same day and coordinators avoid manual steps.
