Training ops: prevent missed shoot closures and travel

Operations managers miss closed or voided shoot notices, leaving release forms unchecked and travel still booked. Alerts send to ops channels so coordinators verify releases and cancel travel quickly.

Overview

Missed shoot closures expose training ops to compliance gaps and unnecessary travel spend. This workflow pushes closure alerts into ops channels and creates coordinator tasks so release forms are verified and travel is canceled. Expect faster handoffs, zero missed follow-ups, and clearer audit trails.
