Stop missed mentions for operations coordinators on boards

Operations coordinators miss mentions hidden in project updates, causing delayed handoffs. Private channel alerts include board and update links so coordinators get context and act faster.

Overview

Missed @mentions stall work and create manual follow-ups for operations coordinators. This workflow pushes private chat alerts with board and update links so coordinators get full context and act. Expect response times to drop dramatically and manual check-ins to disappear.
