Send tutor reminder to prompt pending reference quickly

Your tutor reference records go without follow-up, delaying checks and blocking applications. Get reminder emails sent so coordinators secure responses same day.

Overview

Reference delays stall offers and frustrate coordinators; this flow turns each new pending reference into an immediate, trackable outreach. By nudging tutors within hours and logging the action, your coordinators regain momentum and push applications forward the same day.
