Send trial reminder emails to booked trial families

Your trial bookings sheet leaves instructors guessing attendance and arrival details. Reminders sent the morning of each session secure confirmations and provide arrival instructions same day.

Overview

Stop last-minute calls and uncertain attendance by delivering reminder emails directly from your bookings sheet. Program coordinators and instructors get confirmed rosters and arrival guidance the morning of each session so classes run smoothly.
