Overview
Shoot dates often get created without clear owners, leaving creatives unprepared and travel unapproved; this flow sends assignment and travel-check emails to the videomaker and admin as soon as the event appears. That ensures crews are briefed and travel is confirmed same day, removing last-minute scrambles before production.
