Overview
When speaker profiles are missing, promo timelines slip and your team ends up chasing details at the last minute. This flow sends weekly, role-aware reminders to speakers or their delegates and logs each outreach on the event task. That reduces manual follow-up and helps you finalize promo materials ahead of launch.
