Send registration message to new workshop leads instantly
Your workshop registrations arrive without confirmation, leaving attendees unsure and teams responding manually. Attendees are engaged, receiving joining details and confirmation same day.
Overview
When registrants don't receive immediate confirmation, engagement and show rates drop and coordinators spend time on manual follow-up. This flow sends a templated welcome and joining details within minutes so program coordinators secure attendee attention and confirm logistics same day.
