Send pickup request alerts to dispatch supervisors before next shift

Your pickup request forms arrive without structured deal links, causing missed collections and delayed vehicle handoffs. Dispatch supervisors receive a deal task, stored PDF, and stage update so pickups are assigned before the next shift.
