Overview

Missed or incomplete invites create last‑minute chaos for crews and frustrate coordinators; this flow removes that friction by generating detailed calendar events the moment a booking is scheduled. Teams receive location, contact, and attendee info within minutes so shoots start on time and follow‑ups are reduced.
