Send graduate diplomas to alumni and notify coordinators before campaign

Your diploma spreadsheet rows sit unprocessed, causing delayed graduate confirmations and extra coordinator workload. Graduates get their certificates and coordinators receive confirmations so alumni outreach is ready before the campaign launches.
