Send event signup alerts to team channel instantly
New signup form submissions sit unread in your marketing platform, leaving event coordinators without attendee context. Notify your team immediately so follow-up happens same day.
Overview
When signup forms sit unread, coordinators miss windows for first-touch outreach; this flow routes new signups straight into the team channel so staff see names and contact details instantly. That compresses response time and helps ensure follow-up same day.
