Send confirmation email to program interest form submitters
Your program interest form submissions lack confirmation, leaving applicants unsure and enrollment momentum stalled. Send an instant confirmation so coordinators can begin outreach the same day.
Overview
When interest forms pile up, applicants can feel ignored and enrollment momentum stalls; this flow guarantees every submitter receives an immediate confirmation. That instant acknowledgment keeps applicants engaged and lets coordinators begin outreach and claim slots the same day.
