Send confirmation email to booked workshop attendees now

Your workshop bookings sheet often misses confirmation flags, causing late arrivals and prep issues. Participants get a clear confirmation email and coordinators have attendee context same day.

Overview

When a booking is marked confirmed in your registration sheet, participants need clear arrival details and coordinators need attendee context. This flow sends personalized confirmations immediately and updates the sheet so organizers have same-day visibility and fewer last-minute issues.
