Send checkout subscribers to regional SMS lists for outreach coordinators

Your newsletter signups after checkout arrive unsegmented, causing missed local SMS outreach and delayed welcome messages. Campaign coordinators receive regional, SMS-ready contacts so outreach can run the same day.
