Scaffold ops: never miss vendor resource messages again
Scaffold ops: never miss vendor resource messages again
Scaffold operations coordinators miss vendor 'Scaffold Resource' emails in busy inboxes, delaying resource staging and jeopardizing site schedules. Automated alerts post to the scaffold ops channel so crews see messages and act quickly.
Overview
Missed vendor scaffold messages create costly site delays and scramble operations. This workflow routes any email mentioning 'Scaffold Resource' directly to your scaffold ops channel and raises a follow-up task so crews see and act on resource notices quickly and reliably.
Notable Features
- Filter inbound mail by keyword
- Post alerts to ops channel
