Sales ops: alert dispatchers when vehicles enter overflow zones
Sales ops: alert dispatchers when vehicles enter overflow zones
Sales ops miss vehicles entering overflow zones, causing congestion and routing delays that hurt deliveries. Instant alerts notify dispatchers so ops correct placement promptly and prevent bottlenecks.
Overview
Missed overflow alerts create routing chaos and disrupt deliveries for sales ops. Routing overflow-zone incidents to Slack or SMS and logging them for follow-up transforms dispatcher handoffs so placement is corrected promptly and congestion is avoided. Operations teams report faster incident response and fewer placement mistakes.
