Rails engineer: notify estimators on inspector arrival events

Estimators miss handoffs when inspector arrivals go unseen, delaying follow-ups and prolonging claim cycles. Alerts deliver arrival details to estimators so they act and avoid missed inspections.

Overview

Estimators miss critical handoffs when inspector arrivals go unnoticed, slowing claim resolution and increasing exposure. This workflow routes confirmed arrival events to the right estimator via email, SMS, or Slack and logs the notice in your claims system, eliminating missed follow-ups and keeping claims moving; teams report faster response times.
