Publish daily delivery and pickup bulletin to team
Delivery and pickup rows stay in a spreadsheet and don't reach dispatch chat, causing handoff confusion. Receive one bulletin so coordinators have an actionable schedule before routes.
Overview
When delivery and pickup rows never reach the dispatch channel, coordinators scramble and routes get delayed. This flow compiles today's pickups and deliveries into one clear bulletin, giving dispatch coordinators and drivers an actionable plan in the morning before afternoon routes.
