Prevent missed NPS and completion confirmations with reminders
Prevent missed NPS and completion confirmations with reminders
Training coordinators miss NPS replies and course tests, leaving completion proof incomplete. Automated NPS emails with conditional 7-day reminders capture feedback and completion proof.
Overview
Training coordinators risk incomplete completion records and stalled certifications when students don't respond. This workflow sends initial NPS/test emails, issues conditional 7-day reminders, and logs responses so coordinators capture feedback and completion proof with zero missed follow-ups.
Notable Features
- Send initial NPS and test emails
- Trigger conditional 7-day reminders
